For those selecting A Level PE we set a summer task to prepare them on the independent research task of being an A Level student. One that will engage them and be relevant to the course and studies ahead. This was my Summer Task, and one of my favourite Athlete studies.

We have recently become a HPL (High performance Learning) school and I have been tasked to create and deliver HPL resources to help develop the knowledge and understanding for staff and students. These are 3 resources that work on particular VAA and ACPs in all PE lessons. We laminate them and get the students to work on them with whiteboard pens. They are a great resource for lessons.
